Xenoify is a third-party platform that allows users to discover, rate, and review online courses, communities, and educational products offered by independent creators.

Xenoify does not create, sell, operate, or endorse any listed course or community unless explicitly stated.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Xenoify.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may be required to create an account to submit reviews or listings.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Xenoify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may submit ratings, written reviews, images, videos, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you represent that the content reflects your honest, first-hand experience, that you have the legal right to submit it, and that it complies with these Terms.

You grant Xenoify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You may not post content that is false, misleading, fabricated, spammy, promotional, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Xenoify reserves the right to moderate, edit, restrict, or remove content at its discretion.

Xenoify does not permit content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

This includes hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats, intimidation, dehumanizing language, or content promoting violence or discrimination.

Xenoify may remove such content and suspend or permanently ban offending accounts without notice.

Xenoify strictly prohibits fake, misleading, or manipulated reviews.

This includes reviews without genuine first-hand experience, reviews generated by bots, scripts, AI systems, or automation, reviews submitted by creators reviewing their own products or acting through others, and coordinated campaigns intended to artificially inflate or suppress ratings.

Xenoify may use automated and manual systems to detect abuse and may remove or invalidate suspicious reviews at its discretion.

Xenoify prohibits reviews submitted in exchange for payment, compensation, refunds, discounts, free access, gifts, or any other incentive.

This applies to direct or indirect payments, affiliate or agency-driven review schemes, and quid-pro-quo arrangements of any kind.

Reviews must be voluntary and reflect genuine experience. Violations may result in review removal and account suspension or termination.

You may not interfere with or undermine the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited activity includes using bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated systems, creating multiple accounts to bypass safeguards, manipulating ratings or visibility, or attempting to circumvent security or moderation systems.

Xenoify may investigate suspicious behavior and take enforcement action, including bans or legal remedies.

Creators may list courses or communities on Xenoify.

Listing does not imply endorsement or approval. Creators may not manipulate, fabricate, or incentivize reviews.

Xenoify reserves the right to restrict, remove, or annotate listings to protect platform integrity.

Xenoify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reviews or listings.

All reviews represent individual opinions and do not reflect the views of Xenoify. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Xenoify may link to third-party websites or platforms.

Xenoify is not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

All platform software, branding, and design are owned by Xenoify or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Xenoify may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time to enforce these Terms or protect users.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Xenoify makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenoify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Xenoify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
